Tenants of Cestria Community Housing Association have a right to live, work and relax in environments which are peaceful and safe. This is threatened when anti-social behaviour affects tenants, families or friends and impacts on your estate, neighbourhood or community.

Anti-Social Behaviour includes a wide range of problems. It can include:

  • Graffiti
  • Substance misuse
  • Criminal Damage
  • Threatening behaviour and intimidation
  • Noise
  • Litter and Rubbish
  • Harassment due to Race, Sexuality, or Religion
  • Youth problems
  • Animal related problems

Anti-social Behaviour harms individuals and damages communities. Cestria Community Housing Association and its partners will do all they reasonably can to prevent anti-social behaviour blighting lives and communities.
