Jim and Joan Redshaw have cracked open the bubbly to celebrate being amongst the first Cestria tenants to have a new kitchen installed.  Their kitchen was fitted as part of our internal modernisation programme, which is taking place over the next five years.  Joan said “We are delighted with the kitchen.  We have lived in this house for 30 years and in all that time have had the same kitchen.  We were always happy to make do with the old kitchen but, seeing the new one now, we know it is going to make a real difference to the quality of ours lives” 

Local company Dunelm Property Services is installing the kitchens and bathrooms for Cestria.
